Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

herFunds is operated by Elson Solutions. Orders for our subscriptions and digital products are sold and processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf in accordance with this policy and Paddle's own Refund Policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — subscriptions, ebooks, coaching sessions, and other digital products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.

3. Subscriptions (Explorer & Explorer Pro)

  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the customer portal provided by Paddle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.
  • Initial purchase: covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
  • Renewals: auto-renewals can be refunded if requested promptly. To avoid being charged for a renewal you no longer want, cancel before the renewal date.

4. Ebooks, Guides & Templates

One-time digital downloads (ebooks, guides, toolkits, templates) are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund decisions are made by Paddle, which may take into account whether the content has been substantially downloaded or used.

5. Coaching Sessions, Webinars & Events

  • Coaching sessions, paid webinars, and live events are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the session or event has not yet taken place.
  • Once a coaching session has been delivered or a live event has been attended, that specific session is no longer refundable.
  • If herFunds cancels a coaching session, webinar, or event, you will receive a full refund or, at your option, a credit toward a future session.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted outside the standard window in cases of duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, or material service failures attributable to herFunds (for example, extended platform outages preventing access to paid content). These are evaluated by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.

7. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. You can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then request a refund directly; or
  • Email us at info@herfunds.capital with your order or transaction ID and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

8. What Is Not Refundable

  • Coaching sessions or events that have already been delivered or attended.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original order date, except where required by law or covered by the exceptional-circumstances clause above.
  • Dissatisfaction with funding outcomes — herFunds is a discovery platform and does not guarantee funding success.
  • Third-party fees (e.g. currency conversion fees charged by your bank).

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection rules). Where local law grants stronger refund rights for digital services, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates apply to purchases made after the revised date posted at the top of this page.
