Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

herFunds is operated by Elson Solutions. Orders for our ebook and other digital products are sold and processed by our reseller AgentaOS, the Merchant of Record. AgentaOS handles billing, invoicing, and payment-related matters on our behalf in accordance with this policy.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services, including herFunds Boost and herFunds Club annual memberships, the ebook and other digital products, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Section 6).

3. Cancellations

herFunds Boost and herFunds Club are billed annually. You can cancel at any time to stop your next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the year you paid for. Cancelling does not create a refund for the current period. Questions: hello@herfunds.capital.

4. Feedback & Complaints

If you have a concern about a product or your experience with herFunds, we are happy to receive your feedback and complaint. Write to us at hello@herfunds.capital with your order or transaction ID and a short description of the issue.

We take every complaint seriously and will try to accommodate and compensate on a case-by-case basis — for example, by reissuing a delivery link, correcting access, or offering an appropriate remedy. This is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a refund guarantee.

5. Delivery Problems

If the delivery email does not arrive or the secure link has expired, contact us at hello@herfunds.capital and we will verify the order and issue a fresh link at no charge.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection rules). Where local law requires a refund — for example, for unauthorised transactions or duplicate charges — those rights apply, and such cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by AgentaOS as Merchant of Record.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates apply to purchases made after the revised date posted at the top of this page.
